https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12536416/ 图片来源：Unsplash.com 横纹肌肉瘤 (RMS) 约占所有儿童恶性肿瘤的 5%，而胆道系统被认为是最罕见的 RMS 发病部位之一。对于患有阻塞性黄疸并伴有可疑放射学表现的儿童，对该疾病的认识、知识和早期识别对于准确诊断和正确治疗胆道 RMS 至关重要。我们介绍两例儿童胆道 RMS 病例，由于其在转诊机构的初步评估不同，需要不同的治疗方案。一名四岁半男孩因位于中心且无法切除的胆道 RMS
